Account / Customer Success Executive

FounderMade is seeking a Client Success Executive to join our team. As such, you are expected to be the glue between the various departments in the company. Your role will be integral to ensuring we provide premium support to our partners and community members.

How You’ll Make an Impact

The Client Success Manager will ensure that FounderMade delivers best-in-class client experiences in support of FounderMade's retention and growth goals by:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients for FounderMade events.

  • Serve as a project manager and support on planning and producing partner programming, including custom events, activations at FounderMade custom events, custom content, social and digital.

  • Coordinates with sales and marketing team to create compelling partnership concepts, programs, and media plans to meet client KPIs

  • Act as a key player in driving renewal business from the client portfolio, identifying opportunities, and working with the sales team to upsell client relationships

  • Ensure a smooth transition from pitching, planning, production, and post-event phases of partner programming and solution-oriented problem solver throughout

  • Manage client experiences and expectations relative to project deliverables and timelines.

  • Monitor deliverables and ensure delivery by set deadlines

  • Actively solicit and respond to feedback to assess client satisfaction, proactively addressing and correcting any issues

  • Manage and update Salesforce (CRM), event Management software (A2Z), and associated Sales order processing tools with sales contracts.

  • Assist the sales and production team regarding contract validation, invoicing matters, floorplan amendments, etc., on event management software and CRM.

  • Effectively partner with other FounderMade teams to coordinate the execution of campaign deliverables.

  • Capture/update customer data into CRM systems and/or any other relevant internal platforms.

  • Support the development and implementation of integrated customer communication plans.

  • Contact exhibitors proactively to educate them and gather feedback on using web services (exhibitor manual, new launches, and products).

  • Keep track of exhibitor schedules through verbal, electronic, or hard copy communications.

  • 1st-line technical support for digital products/tools.

  • Provide customer service support and coordination onsite at shows; support clients on-site and ensure their event goals are met and exceeded

  • Review event website information and FAQs to ensure accuracy and usability for external and internal customers, informing the Marketing and content team of necessary changes.

  • Diagnose and prescribe solutions to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.

  • Assist internal teams and vendors in researching, identifying, and implementing new ideas and processes to assist and support customers.

  • Support the product setup (events, sponsorship, digital, and print).

  • Assist with administrative activities supporting forecasting, and preparing presentations for budget and strategy meetings.

  • Respond to all customer communications within 24 business hours of receipt.

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in account management or client success role for live events.

  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • You are a people person, able to confidently communicate with potential community partners, hires, and customers about FounderMade and our summits. 

  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

  • You love direct-to-consumer beauty, wellness, and food & beverage brands

  • You have experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM 

  • Prior experience with A2Z is a plus

  • Previous experience in sales is a plus
