In this role, you will:

HR + Office Operations:

  • You'll manage the on-boarding process of all hires at FounderMade inclusive of group interview preparations, contract drafting, and hosting orientation sessions.

  • Develop, establish, and direct the execution of operating policies to support overall company objectives.

  • Manage and direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals.

  • Drive the operational launch of the company technology product in 2019.

  • Develop and execute an integrated go-to-market plan including feature roll-out, product positioning, and routes to market.
