Chelsea A. Grayson was previously the CEO and a board member of American Apparel, True Religion and Spark Networks (NASDAQ: LOV), a leading owner and operator of premium online dating sites and mobile applications.

Ms. Grayson currently sits on the board of directors of Xponential Fitness (NYSE: XPOF), a leading franchisor of boutique fitness brands, and she also serves as an Executive in Residence at Wunderkind (formerly BounceX), a leading marketing technologies company. Among other past board positions, Ms. Grayson is a former member of the board of directors of Morphe Cosmetics (Forma Brands), Sugarfina, Inc., Precision Surfacing Solutions/Lapmaster and Delta Dental. Ms. Grayson is a Board Leadership Fellow and a Corporate Governance Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Department of English at the University of California, Los Angeles.
