Prior to founding Flaus, Sam was a M&A attorney at Skadden, Arps, assisting dozens of high growth startups through their entire life cycle - from formation to exit.

She attended the University of Southern California, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Psychology, and received her J.D. from New York University School of Law.

She is from San Clemente, California and currently lives in New York, New York.
