Wende Zomnir, Founder of caliray and Co-Founder of Urban Decay, has lived all over the world from Texas to Belgium to Chicago. Yet the beach and SoCal culture beckoned, and Wende moved out to California. There, Wende launched Urban Decay in the mid-90s.

California inspired Wende’s entrepreneurial spirit once again, and she launched Caliray in October 2021. Inspired by the California lifestyle, its freedom, self-expression, and sustainability, Caliray is Wende’s love letter to California.
